Preorders:
Certain items are available for preorder and will be handmade after an order is received. Expected shipping dates are listed under each item based on design complexity. Expected shipping dates are expected to change based on the demand of the item, and we will update you on the status of your order directly.
Packing:
All items will be pack via a double box method to ensure the best protection possible during shipping and handling. Packing will take 3-4 days after an in stock order is placed or after a preorder is complete and ready to be shipped. Although we will pack your item to the best of our ability, life finds a way, so all items will automatically be insured for their full value in case any damages do occur in transport. Please note: I will always aim to have things sent out as quickly as possible but occasionally, due to events/timings/number of orders, it may take a few extra days to have packages shipped out. I am a small business rather than a large corporation with every order packaged, labeled and sent off me. If for any reason there are delays I will reach out with an update on the order.
Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping for US domestic orders. All items will be shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority with tracking and insurance up to the full value of the order. Shipping and arrival times are subject to change based on the USPS peak holiday seasons. If you are local and would like to pick up your item in person, please get in touch to arrange this and shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organized.
If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the order has been shipped out, then the lost package is your responsibility. Occasionally, incorrect address can be rectified, and I will of course always try to resolve the situation, but in the case it is lost, I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.
Additionally, if an order is purposefully sent to a colleague, friend or family member, with the intention of it then being forwarded to you, if the box is lost or damaged during this second round of transit, which I’m not involved with, I am not responsible for any loss or damage, and therefore I will not offer any refunds.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong items, if this does occur, please contact me about your order to correct the situation. If the items have been used, I cannot refund them or exchange due to their crackled nature. If your order hasn’t arrived a week after the tracking expected date, please get in touch immediately so I can attempt to fix or find the order working with the USPS.
I do not offer full refunds, (partial refund is dependent on situation if there is error made on our part), if you get in touch with me about a problem with your order more than 30 days after the delivery date, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
No refunds or exchanges will be made on any custom made orders.
Caring For Your Art
My functional pieces are designed with the intention for daily use; however, they are still artisanal works of art that require more care than normal mass produced ceramics. While I personally throw all of my items in the microwave and dishwasher, hand washing will always remain the number one recommended form or care especially for pieces that have delicate sculptural work i.e. floral and snail mugs.
